Calator in Thailanda 30. Din nou despre mancare / Traveller in Thailand 30. Again About Food

Eating in Bangkok can be expensive or very cheap (street food). We choosed the medium to low variant, eating mainly in malls. One was very near out hotel and. Coming back after a day of visits, we stopped twice at the same Chinese restaurant where we have eaten very well. We ale dined at Black Canyon Coffee, near Baiyoke Tower or at Bon Pain, near the Grand Palace.

All you may see in the photos bellow is pork or chicken. We didn’t eat odd things. It is true that, on the streets, many dishes looked good, but we avoided them. We had not the courage, even if in our hotel room there was Imodium or other medicines…

Never did we exceed 18 euros for 3 persons, eating one main course with rice, and having a drink (beer, lemonade or natural juices). A piece of cake was 1.75 euros and it was very good.

I think it is easy to guess what our main courses were, looking to my photos. And after so much work,  a little siesta could do no harm…
